OddlyFun wants your order to feel as fun in real life as it looked online. If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you are not satisfied, contact us at support@oddlyfun.com within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original packaging when possible, and include your order number. Some items may be final sale where required for hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will help with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
